By registering an account on 777cx and using any of its services — including sports betting, casino games, promotional offers or customer support — you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 777cx. 777cx reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. 777cx provides its services in English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on 777cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must not hold any existing 777cx account. One account per person is strictly enforced; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

777cx accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other participating institutions.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 777cx account balance in real time after confirmation from the payment provider.
• 777cx does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 777cx's control and may apply.

Withdrawal requests at 777cx are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed on the portion of balance derived from bonus funds.
• 777cx may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard account security measure and applies to all players regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within minutes for mobile wallet transfers and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 777cx are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable offer terms before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
• 777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the relevant page of the platform.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of normal wagering, or combined with other offers unless the applicable offer terms explicitly permit this.

777cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly available to players who are 21 years of age or older. 777cx employs the following responsible gaming measures:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from 777cx at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one business day.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777cx. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person in order to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised technical means to interact with the 777cx platform, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the facilitation of any illegal financial transaction through the 777cx platform.

All content on the 777cx platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio and video material — is the property of 777cx or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The following uses are prohibited without prior written authorisation from 777cx:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any platform content without express written permission from 777cx.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software component of the 777cx platform.
• Using the 777cx name, logo or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 777cx platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption or any other financial or non-financial loss, even if 777cx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits 777cx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. 777cx makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for any disruption to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network failures and third-party payment provider outages.

777cx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to 777cx collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Account registration data (name, date of birth, mobile number) is used for identity verification, account management and fraud prevention.
• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping obligations and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
• SSL encryption protects all data transmitted between your device and the 777cx platform. 777cx does not store payment card numbers or mobile wallet credentials.

777cx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
